DCCi utilizes the latest technology to manufacture world class products here in the USA. Patterns are created on a specially designed CAD system. Fabrics are cut automatically on a Gerber Garment Technology Cutter at high speeds with incredible accuracy. All products are assembled on our ETON Unit Production System, an ergonomic computer controled method of manufacturing. Products are assembled one at a time, operation by operation, until at the end of the line a finished DCCi product is ready for inspection. Every aspect of production including final inspection is monitored by our QC System. DCCi is an ISO9001 Registered company.
