For the last fifteen years Dow Cover co., Inc. (DCCi) has manufactured mattress and pillow encasings for the retail allergy market. The fabrics employed in this industry are known as barrier fabrics and provide various levels of protection and comfort for the allergy sufferer.

DCCi offers three types of barrier fabrics.

-AllerTexÔ *microfiber 100% polyester which is very tightly woven microfiber fabric designed for the highest level of comfort.

-MicroTexÔ urethane membrane composite available in either woven or knit format. MicroTexÔ composites can be customized to meet price and performance requirements.

-StopTexÔ vinyl barrier which contains an anti microbial additive.
