PATTERN AND DESIGN

We tailor our design and development procedures to meet our customer's requirements. Over the years we have built a large library of information, samples, and materials to give us access to markets for textiles, raw materials, and the other components required to make your product.

All of our designs and patterns are created on a Gerber Accumark CAD System. This technology allows us to quickly and explicitly translate our customer's instructions into working patterns and finished samples. And because all this information is stored digitally, we can quickly adjust patterns based on our customer's needs without having to remark and cut patterns. Our experienced team will engineer the construction details and implement production in the shortest possible time.

Before beginning production a 1st Article, or production sample is presented for customer approval. This piece contains all the final design changes, materials, and production methods. Production will begin after customer approval is given.
