We have been sewing quality products in the USA since 1947. Put our 75 plus years of experience and large library of patterns, samples, and materials to work for you. We are happy to work with customers big and small, and take pride in offering made in the USA products to customers locally and globally.
Our 30,000 sq. ft. facility is right off both I-91 and I-95, located 2 hours from NYC and Boston. We have a wide variety of capabilities in design/development, sourcing, and prototyping. When combined with our Eton unit production system, Gerber cutter, and library of sewing machines, we can tailor every item we sew to meet each of our customers' unique specifications... From the product's initial set of patterns through to production, individual inspection, and final packing.
Patterns & Design
Our design and development process is tailored to meet each of our customers' requirements. If you are looking to develop an existing sewn product, have an idea for a new product, or need contract design and pattern work, we are happy to help.
Over the years we have built a large library of machines, patterns, samples, and materials which gives the ability to bring your products into focus quickly and thoughtfully. Our diverse group of vendors and suppliers gives us access to markets for textiles, hardware, and the other components required to make your products. All drafting and pattern work is done using a Gerber Accumark CAD system, which allows us to quickly and explicitly translate our customer's instructions into working patterns and finished samples.
